What is the deal with this position? Any potential to make money selling disposables?

No. This company is brain dead. Trust me...

 

Haven't heard much but I think it will be like an associate position. Potential of $65-75K. Helping TM build and maintain disposables business.

 

Is that the total income potential?

 

$70k base - $105k TTC but it won't be easy to get to TTC because you have to hit the growth number before you get paid any bonus

 

how does the line compare to the competition?

After all, being a glorified pharma rep is where it's at, right? This company sucks at any level, trust us...

 

Case in point from a cry baby.

 

Easy there stretch. You still on the wagon? You should be since you're entire family are a bunch of drunks.

 

Its a good way to break into a company that is moving more towards the pharma sales direction. They are telling the uro reps they wont lose these products however its only a matter of time before they do. You have to be blind not to see whats going on. For all the uro reps that still think they are going to be allowed to make over 250k you need to wake up. They will remove disposables from your bag in a year or two and have you on a salary of 70-80k with 6% commision paid only on capital bringing you right to a whopping 150k a year. The industry is changing and olympus believes managment are the only people worth paying. Take a look at all the recent uro reps who jumped on that band wagon and left big territories. Take the job if you want but your better off breaking into another industry and def another company.

To find solutions for customers, refuses to change the rude, and unprofessional
Culture at Olympus, and refuses to "listen" to its reps and the marketplace, by getting our disposables on the national contracts, not to mention their disgusting comp plan for Urology. Have you seen
Our marketing department? They are mentally, out to lunch permanently.
