As an investor, I have a basic query. Why would an 81 year old "lucky lad" dermatologist who made his fortune years ago take on an alleged mafia run lab? He then pours his money into insider stock purchases of his own OPKO stock. Cramer asks about said trades and his answer is generic.

Market investors are seeing the disconnect and are pulling/holding (not increasing) their positions yet for some reason, the dermatologist keeps pumping money into OPKO.

Is there something worth looking at that will soon payoff or is the dermatologist paying a debt that he brought on unbeknownst to his purchase of a lab that owes to a larger entity than he?

Give me a break! Clearly you aren't an investor! BRLI is on the verge of displacing Labcorp and Quest two-fold! Their lab vehicles are everywhere these days! Every office has their dropoff boxes, you nitwit! How many news breaks about the success of 4K Score do you need to sit down and shut up? It's over idiot, OPKO won.

OPKO/BRL did not win. They have a huge investigation over billing fraud and they are losing accounts like faster than Theranos collapsed! They are desperately trying to shift to a genetics company away from the full service model of LC & Q. Their new billing system sucks and they sold off their IT division, just as LC & Q are beefing up theirs. BRL/OPKO will be obsolete in 2 years as they can;t compete without the kickbacks!

the fraud is at every turn from accessioning to billing. ANY audit for added diagnosis codes and test codes would bring down the card house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Currently, about Hospital Inpatient coding.

It can expand to other areas once company lawyers are done with interviews.
