    Poor poor RX rep
Choke on this - our jobs got easier . We have 10 accounts. We can stay home 4x per
week and collect useless data for our flow charts to pass on.
We get paid on you changing habits.
We have a big budget and get to schedule blocks of breakfasts and lunches and pick
up a receipt and go home and fill out our charts.

I hope this helps clarify .

You jerks think it's easy creating flow charts. It's not. It takes months.
Do a family tree and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Yet another insult to the RX division. SA getting paid for Cetaphil.mThat has nothing to do with access
    or the entire division.
Let's just keep giving your RX reps money away to a division that doesn't know
exactly what they are suppose to do, butnthey are so busy doing it.

Every rep should be pissed, it cuts into our deserved $$$$$$

    hey dumb ass
We deserve every dime and more of your money.
We drop off care connect cards to our specialty pharmacies and sometimes when we
are not in a rush after that ask them to stock Cetaphil.
Your lame upper management thinks we are increasing numbers because you're all weak
    and lazy.

What a great job our division has. We have 10 accounts and maybe we will have 15 in
2017. We are managers and make more money then you silly reps .
It's nice to work 12 hour weeks and make over $120,000 .

Thanks and have a nice weekend.

Why don't you start paying the Rx division on Dysport since the SA group gets paid
    on Cetaphil?
Makes complete sense doesn't it ?

Look buttercups, we are overpaid, lazy, soft, egocentric, babies. Can we all just shut up and enjoy it while it lasts. Cause it aint' lasting forever.

That division needs accountability. No signatures, show up and pick up
breakfast , lunch receipts, what a joke.

End of Q3 will show that your group has very little impact on 5 + accounts that
    you all painstakingly have chosen.

Then pressure will be on to show what you do besides sit home and make appointments
and visit an account or two a few times a week.

    The crash is coming

July 1 is around the corner and then data will be looked at for 6 months.
If serious increases are not scene, bye bye division.

Start working and get out of the house !

Serious responses please. Im interested in applying for the DC position, currently on Rx side. Can anyone give incite to why position is available? Is it due to poor performance of the "5 picked accounts"? Thank you in advance

Performance. The role is fairly useless as it is an additional unnecessary layer. We have okay reps, the Mgrs suck, let the reps do their job

Here is your "incite"...learn to spell first. The position is not RX, it is for a key account manager on A&C.

I can't believe the KAM role is still around. Did they get to pick new targets for Q3 and Q4?

My KAM is good. My manager and director are completely useless. All talk but nobody respects them.

So, I guess your KAM cut some good deals for you. Does your KAM still have the same accounts for Q3 and Q4?

Move past the deal cutting script. Its getting old.
