"Hey"!!!, Patterson!!! , the deer in the headlights you see are the Straumann reps who for years stated to their big Doc's "We will never market to GPs" What's up with this stupidity? Talk amongst yourselves

Patterson is only selling the Straumann One system most likely packaged with training at Spear institute. The GP market is prime territory for Straumann to increase market share and revenue. As far as the Oral surgeons , the Strauman products have proven themselves and OS market is driven by what the GPs want and can restore. An OS is not going to risk his referral base because of principle- that Strauman said one thing and did another.
At the end of the day it's about growing the business and delivering equity to the shareholders. That's what Strauman is doing here.

Make sure you emphasize this brilliant deduction with your specialist accounts.

Perhaps they will give you a reference for your next job out-of-the dental space.

    Another Genius.

I really wish I understood your short sighted thoug process. So, are you saying that delivering results to owners of the company ( shareholders equity) is NOT what Straumann is in business for?

Nope, please continue what your doing. This is a solid businesss plan with the goal of increasing shareholder value.

Geez are all you anti-Straumann cry babies still whining? Give it a rest already losers. Like I've always said, get out of your pj's and leave your mom's basement and actually go try to sell something and then maybe you can actually make something of your obviously pathetic outlook on life and your career. You idiots blow me away with your crying and bashing!

Businesses are in existence to provide financial benefit to their owners. Customers are obviously important but if you let customers dictate the strategic direction of your company failure is inevitable. Customers are acting out of selfish want, not out of what benefits the company. So to me it sounds like the above quoted poster is a Straumann order taker who has never run a company and placates the customer and caves in to whatever demands the customer makes.
It might be needed to run a small territory, wouldn't work running a company that answers to Wall Street.

"why i would never work for a public company again.

    Good point, well made.

    Why, indeed.

Evaluate carefully the last few posts and the mentality and outlook to create them, because these are the corporate Nazis you will be answering to, right up until the point where they are fired with prejudice after doing the dirty work for their "owners". You know, improving shareholder value

Bitter, shallow and psychotic little boys and girls. Hitler youths gone bad.

A foul monument to a failed global corporate paradigm that is dying more each day.

Corporate pukes and middle management, your time is over. You're no longer releavant. We can get an app for all of you.

We never liked your fascist modus after all. You're a corpse.
