Well, I am sure it is the reps fault. Steve and his management team will just tell us we need to let the physician know what it is we need from them and push harder for Novasure cases or maybe we can stop at Lowe's and pick up shelves to install in our accounts, you know, so we have more places to stock!!

isnt that the truth? When will Rob C. catch on that the surg division is a mess. MS looks like AD all over again with the SN ending up in court with patent claims. Quick, buy another company to bury the fact that NS sales are dropping like a rock. Get your RBDs together for another 80k push - lets go team!

You're all morons. The nail in Adiana was COGS. Patent issues between Adiana and MS are totally different.

Get in to the OR and sell NS and MS. Quit looking for doctors to bring general anesthesia to the office to save your ass.

    That's what Steve should say.

COGS are key, especially when you have to add a royalty to the cost structure...Yes, go sell something in the OR, thats where docs are hanging out. Just wondering who will take the blame for the drop revenue, its got to be since we are not in the OR enough...

Um.....I don't think a royalty hits COGS. Donkey.

I just talked to Steve. He said if people believed more in Adiana the pregnancy rates would have been a lot lower and matched what the commercial data showed. Instead, all you damn non-believers fucked it up which resulted in a real world 45% pregnancy rate. Nice going you idiots!

And that is Steve for you, it is always the reps fault and has nothing to do with poor management or a crap product. Steve should just stick to wing eating contests at NSMs.

Do the research Hologic is now owned by Golman Sachs after the Genprobe deal. We answer to the 1% now. Watch the changes that are coming. They tried to take away our gas cards, they took away our profit sharing and home internet already. They want all division reps to earn $150 at best! Time to start up your own business and get the hell out of healthcare!
