The senior management has no clue what they are doing which is the reason for over a 50% turnover in reps since January. 4 just in the recent week. DB believes by adding layers of management they can force Reps to be more productive. It will be 100% turnover in the next few months

the Reps are decent - the ones who have any sense will be jumping off the sinking ship soon!
This place is clueless on many levels ... upper Mgt. Spending big bucks on marketing ploys that don't pan out... filling our trunks with junk! But then the product is just that.
Doctors and patients don't want the products.
If you were thinking about joining or staying- look at the competition for the pipeline... doubtful the stock will ever make it back over $5....and who would want to buy this piece of S#$%.

Wall St will pay attention when the Cushings product gets approved. If you don't think that a suffering, no-pipeline medium to big pharma company won't consider buying Strongbridge, you haven't done much in the start-up world. Be patient.

Are you serious? Wall street doesn't pay attention when drugs get approved. Wall speculates and drives share price long before drugs get approved. If wall street gave a rats ass about Recorlev, it would already be reflected in the stock price since its in Phase 3. I have news for you, Wall St doesn't give a shit about this product.
Nobody is buying this company at a premium.

Received two recruiter calls on this in past week. One begged me to interview. I asked around and apparently it’s a dog drug and the company treats reps poorly. Is this accurate? The research I’ve done suggests nothing in the pipeline for a while and selling a 25 yr old diuretic today ? Thoughts?

Having that bonebag in HR being a part of the the interview process actually determining who gets hired probably didn’t help your cause!

The company does pay a good salary but they have to because it’s a terrible company with a terrible drug in Keveyis. The word is out and the only people signing on are people who are desperate. Leadership is as bad as advertised and the CEO is a fool. Bankruptcy or a short sale is probably next for this place.

Run don’t walk from this place! The leaders here are born losers and there’s about one executive/people manager for every person actually doing any work. They’ll offer you the moon to come on board but just say no
