Looking at a position in Ortho. What are the details about the division? Realistic comp? Call? QOL? Culture? etc
Managers make decisions based on what is good for themselves and creates a culture that is back-stabbing and cut-throat. They often assign goals/objectives that are unattainable. Managers are master spin-doctors.
On call 24/7. QOL isn’t the greatest. Compensation depends on whether you’re working directly for Stryker or if you’re working for a distributor. Stryker reps make more, distributor reps have more job stability. Culiture is competitive, you better have a great work ethic with an open mind.
does ortho span joint replacement and trauma? What’s the average comp and is it also 100% commission?
