So you think it a go then? I hope not. They can still decide NOT to intervene, if they don't have enough evidence. I just don't want our company hurt.

quite selling off-label and defrauding the government and you won't get hurt. Pretty simple even an Ista drug rep might be able to figure it out

There a still chance the govey might not be able to prove their case and then there will be no fine.

Believe me when I tell you the govt has ALL
the info they need. Just waiting for the
hammer to drop. Good luck to ISTA when
it does. You are a bunch of fake, shallow,
coward, lying, cheating, pieces of garbage.
ISTA deserves what ever punishment it gets.
Oh, and here is a question for you "ISTA
did nothing wrong, great place to work" fools,
After losing over 50 reps each of the past
2 years and knowing how ISTA treats people
on the way out, do you honestly think the
govt has to go very far to find out whatever
they want to about off-label CME selling to
Retinal doctors? They were on our call list for
the love of god!!!! Hey Titanic, is that an iceberg
I see in your near future?

Agreed, they don't have to go far. I left that company cause from the top down they were pushing cme and a bunch of other areas of illegal off label uses. Not worth going to jail for eyedrops.

Just don't undersatnd how a case could take this long, if they have this hard evidence you talk about. My dad ia an attorney and he never had a case going for more than 2 years, it just seems unreal.

It is the government. You think they move fast or have a want to? This has been going on for a couple years now. There have been many ex and current employees involved with some fairly explosive testimony. There will eventually be a fine. The only question is how much.

Interesting! Don't mean to be an alarmist but.......

The U.S. federal law allows recording of phone calls and other electronic communications with the consent of at least one party to the call. A majority of the states and territories have adopted wiretapping statutes based on the federal law, although most have also extended the law to cover in-person conversations. 38 states and the D.C. permit recording telephone conversations to which they are a party without informing the other parties that they are doing so.

12 states require, under most circumstances, the consent of all parties to a conversation. Those jurisdictions are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.

It is illegal under all jurisdictions to record calls in which one is not a party.

Go easy buddy! Better make sure you are not digging yourself a hole here....
