Sun can't get real talent to join

Completely demotivated group here, most just don't feel like there's a future, but need to stay to check the one-year box.

 

I've checked the one year box. Trying hard to get out before year two gets checked.

I'm being much more selective this time around and talking to more people about potential companies.
This isn't what we thought it was going to be.

I think the PDT reps who have left, left a bad job. Everyone else left because they had a bad boss.

 

Funny how someone from Sun posts an article on this subject of 'people leave a company predominantly because of their immediate manager'

Sun needs to look in the mirror first. People are dumping this sh!t show every week.
