    This place is a shit show. The negativity absolutely SUCKS the life out of me. Sun NEEDS to CLEAN house!! We need to strip this place from the top down, and replace our leaders with passionate individuals who will invigorate this organization with positive energy!

    There is no hope here...the Indians run the place as if they just don’t care. Morale is terrible and no one is making money. Greed should be their tag line.

    Indian management wants people who kiss their ass. They don't like women in the workplace unless they are in low level jobs, and they have openly stated so. Competent people are not respected. It is time to get out.

    That's true, and I completely agree.

    I can't even begin to count the number of really good people that have left the past 6 months.
    Top performers in the field - including about 1/2 of last years' COE winners (that's a red flag). Turnover on the Levulan team has to be at or above 50%, another red flag, and look at 'leadership', really ? That's the best we can do ?

    Demeaning and demoralizing culture.
