Really ? Sun a household name in Opthalmics? Just another example of the distorted vision (or lack thereof) from this company.

those base salaries are so BS. You see the recruiters posts saying “opportunity to get into Pharma.” They can only keep entry level there. And promoting managers with little MGMT exp. cause everyone with real experience left.

 

Omg...... the “managers” basically are high performing reps. Not sure about their ability to lead and I certainly have no intention of following mine. Complete tool bag. Even the ASD team is a joke... they just promoted someone to ASD that was a rep 2 years ago, really???????

 

Exactly... they can’t get managers with leadership experience to go or stay there. That’s why its such a cluster over there. Just a bunch of puppets following India direction.

 

LOL. Not even close! Bonus is $30K at plan. Base is around $75. Very low considering this is actually a specialty rep job.

 

Any information on when the interviewing process will start? Estimated launch timeframe?

 

Not sure about launch, but lunch is around 12:00.

 

Had interview last week and time frame is to have all new hires in place by first week of Oct launch.

Anyone been hired yet? If so how many interviews after the face to face with hiring manager? I interviewed but no word from manager or recruiter yet.

And if you do any kind of homework on Sun as a company, you wouldn’t even consider going there.

They have major challenges in attracting halfway decent talent. The place is a sh*t show at best.
