For the size and insignificance of this company, the number of strong negative comments are very telling, as is the churn-over.
Might have a decent product for dry eye, but I consistently hear that it’s just a horrible place to work. I used to work for a DM who’s there now and they’re miserable - but they’ve not been there long enough to leave from a resume perspective.
We've has so much turnover at our site that we stopped having "going away" get togethers years ago. Toxic.
im always astounded by the negativity of this site. Worthless angry people justifying their angry attitudes. They rip at others because it makes them feel better! Grow up
