and you learn about it from your customers because there is one person who does everything here and tells few. You need permission to wipe your ass at this place. And then after that you get your ass inspected and graded on how well you wiped it.

    F you!

that's why we are in inventiv health. It's the perfect front for an organization that does not want to be transparent the leader of this organization and leaders can do what ever they want to ask for whatever they want demand whatever they want complaining about what they don't get and not care about the culture of an organization

Because they have a third-party front everyone in this company can't stand the other person

leadership doesn't even communicate unless they're forced to

and this the the way a company from India desires it

these are the exact reasons I turned down a management level offer. And the director I interviewed was an extremely hardened individual

its all about activity to supposed progress. Everyone knows the forcasting is flawed. So what if the leaders from India do not like that sales are flat. This is America. You win them you decline. You're not going to keep climbing just because someone says " get it done". We aren't selling spices or rice.

All good drugs tail off. You've done well. Absorica has paid many bills.

Absorica was an easy sell. You could be a drooling idiot and still make money. Yet people pat themselves on the back like they worked hard. Total gimme

Are you just going to post this in every thread of Ranbaxy? Clearly you never sold Absorica...not a lay up. You either sell on the steroid side and are sad that you are stuck with shitty generic drugs or you're a Zenatane rep that can't figure out how to sell your drug.

It's not much fun selling a drug that costs $2k for a months supply and the company will only subsidize $900 of it. You have to be a good sales person to get a doctor to buy into that and convince a patient to pay for it. Not to mention stocking issues at ANY pharmacy.

So...fuck off with being a gimme.

Do you know Halog Jar costs over $2000.00 plus dollars? Way more than Absorica with a very crappy rebate.
That is true selling my friend. Good luck to you.

Yes, it is an easy sell. Zenatane is crap and the the generic isos are a distant second. They, you, us got lucky with this drug. If you are stuggling with it, maybe you should be demoted to the second string steroid team.

You are right about the Zenatane team though. In my territory they are useless.

    "2nd String Steroid team??
Then why has Absorica sales been tailing off for the past 6 plus months? Answer that? Dummy C team? I work with an Absorica Rep, that would be in the game without my relationships.....
She has credibility, because of bringing me on lunches.....
    Ive seen the Absorica, team....lol
They are not A list players!!!!!

Don't kid yourself. Ask Andy how he picked the teams in the first place.
