    Former abused FLEX REP here... so are you telling me FOR REAL that the F/T rep contract is over / over??? or just a subset? Would make me feel better.

    Contract is completely done the full time model that replaced flex did even worse.Hope that makes you feel better.

    goals increased significantly and still no manage care in Medicare. New team didn’t do worse..the goals were outrageous! Everyone is better off..

    I was retained on the contract and the script didn't grow. In many areas the scripts went down with the new reps. Flex actually did better.
