Why does it seem that the surgical sales are just a revolving door. Territories are constantly open and when they do hire they're open again in a couple of months. In the mean time these new people don't know anything at all. Must give the customers a lot of confidence in B&L.

Chuck Hess is a fucking retarded 13 toed inbred goon. Because too many other retarded 13 toed inbred goons have listened to this dipshit for too many decades, this company is about to tank. Bail while you can. Angelo, Thurman, Calvert, and all the others you've been played. Move along, there's nothing here to see but failure and lies.

No innovation or forward thinking. No leadership from the top down. Culture of managing scared and so afraid to make the wrong decision that no decisions are made. Constant back orders are ridiculous. How does the phaco product manager still have a job?? Majority of RBDs aren’t qualified to do their job & do nothing to mentor their reps so turnover continues. They can’t coach equipment reps because they don’t know how to run the phaco equipment and don’t try to learn. You’d think that the leadership from Valeant would of done something by now. How long does Surgical continue to bleed out??
