They are the largest dental depot in Italy, as well as an emerging implant manufacturer. They are just hitting the US market. Good luck!

I went to one of my accounts and I use the bathroom and I saw Sweden-Martina in the bathroom as reading material!!!! I guess this Italians think they are going to make it big as a new Implant company in USA!!!
All doctors are doing is using their catalogs are reading material in their bathrooms!!! I hear the NE regional manager is a REJECT from Implant Direct!!! Good luck MG!!

 

I would guess if they want $70k in sales in your first 2 months, the training sucks because no one can learn implant dentistry in 1 week, let alone 1 month and close that much new business with a system no one in the US has heard of.

 

Are you serious? Gendron couldn't even run his shitty Implant Direct territory! This should be fun to watch this demise unfold!

He is hiring real state sales people, reps with no dental or Implant experience! People that speak 4 different languages because in his own words that will help them sell implants!!! What a looser..

Even without knowing this company, I'd say it's chances are slim to none. The existing implant companies in the U.S. Have every indication and every niche taken care of. There is no unmet need in the U.S. Implant segment. If someone wasn't happy wth their Nobel or Strauman implant they could choose a second tier or even third tier company and do fine. I would love to hear why the management of this no dick implant company thinks it will succeed.

 

So this idiotic company is giving away trips to Italy if you "buy" their implants. Doesn't sound like a bribe, does it? I wonder if the FDA knows about the free gifts they're using buy sales?

The manager sounds very arrogant talking about this is the number 1 dental implant company in Europe and they are here to take over USA, he was talking about Nobel and Straumann being worry because Sweden-Martina is here!
What makes he think that I will leave my well stablish company and position to build a territory for this company that clearly doesn't have they Crap together!
I will give you an advise you need to get rid off your management here in USA instead of replacing your USA sales force!
Clearly the problem is your regional managers NOT your sales reps!
