    Your so busy negotiating discounts and explaining what part goes with what that you have no time to spend converting competitors' customers. Implant Direct has a simple formula that is working. Outside reps focus on conversions, inside partners focus on service and no need to explain parts because of all-in-1 packaging and an intuative shopping cart that lists if a part is on backorder and suggests alternatives. Check out the shopping cart and you will see that about 1% of parts are on back-order and never for more than a week or two.

    Tom Stratton has a history of blaming every one of his failures on the salesforce. Do you not know anything about this guy's history? It is just a matter of time. He'd toss his own mother under the bus, to deflect blame for his failures. yeah, the sales are flat, so watch your back.

    How would you like to be Tom Stratton now? With a solid management team like Tom O and Melker, Danaher is going to see him for what he is. A total fraud that knows nothing other than 3 buzz words. Danaher probably knows this by now.

    Danaher may have a buyer for ID for all non capital assets. (generally speaking)

    Seems like they held it for just long enough to LBO Nobel and give the buyer time to "prepare to compete." Wonder who that could be...

    These Implant Direct guys go around saying they are part of Kavo...well I am at the Yankee, went to the Kavo booth and talked to Nobel. I asked if Implant Direct was part of Kavo. The rep couldn't articulate how the relationship worked so my guess is Implant Direct is...well..dying.

    Implant Direct is part of the Branded Kerr/Kavo group, Implant Direct is a Co-op where as Nobel is 100% owned by Danaher. Implant Direct and Nobel compete in the market place like any other competitive situation. The difference is at the end of the day the money from both goes to Danaher.
