Perfectly fine to sell a franchise. But you POS straight up lied about the reality of what Novartis had in store for us. Shame on you. You left good people, who have worked hard to the wolves. It’s shady business. There’s not one person in this that does not feel they were screwed. Takeda/ Shire HR and Mgt lied about the transition scenario. Were totally insincere about the ‘The Deal’. Set it up to keep all happy and feeling safe, then, left us with a bag of shit. Like buying a car from a friend, someone who you’ve known for years, built a relationship with. They tell you it’s a great car and you trust them that it is, only to find out, the second you buy it that it’s a total POS, and when you try to ask him about it, he never returns your call. But then again, you know all this cause you just got F’d too with an office closing. Tell me how that makes people feel ?! Probably a lot like how we feel.
so many people are SO HAPPY those Deerfield folks got fucked. How many times did their dumb decisions screw all of the field reps? We’re out in the trenches everyday to support those lazy sloths in HQ with their extended lunch breaks and nicely catered meetings. It’s about time they felt the pain of their worthless efforts. Bye!
