Actually, it seems Grifols is in disarray. Nothing is getting accomplished on the Plasma Center side of the business. Lets make a short list of why Grifols is fucking this deal up. No matter what you think of the deal, they have a ton of people to take care of.

-No employee handbook for 2000 employees. (business 101)
-Employees leaving quickly in the centers due to fear.
-Cant handle production. TPR centers not EMA approved.
-No bonus plans for centers after being told there is one.
-GM's, ROM, RQM, and RTM are clueless on job responsibilities.
-All PlasmaCare employees are disgruntled and hate TPR centers.
-Most meetings bash TPR and glorify PlasmaCare.
-All TPR employees are scared for their jobs. From janitors to ROM.
-No Transparency from VP's down.
-Most leadership are lost with no expectations.
-GM's from Grifols are unprofessional with no knowledge of TPR.
-ROM were recruited from PlasmaCare with no real knowledge of professionalism. Seriously Grifols? Swear pants in the office? Feet on the desk? Sweatshirts?
-Cost cuts are ridiculous. Open a museum in LA that NO ONE CARES ABOUT, and cut workers.

-BioMat knows nothing of PlasmaCare.
-TPR knows nothing of BioMat and PlasmaCare.
-PlasmaCare knows nothing of BioMAt

....and everyone is fucking confused.

-No meeting for center leadership to discuss plans and org structure. No one knows anyone or what each company does. Something as basic as acronyms, and people are lost. ADFR? What the fuck is that?

Who is the VP at Biomat? I heard of a name, but there is never any communication from him let alone the GMs. What is the difference between a GM and ROM. I don't see any.

 

The VP you are referring to has always been that way. NO talk no email. GMs are Directors in Talecris world, except they don't do near as much. Of course one of the GMs from Talecris is afraid of his own shadow and is scared to make a decision. The other one just wants the centers to leave him alone.
