I am considering applying for the Territory Manager position and I was looking for typical base salary range and bonus potential for the position. I also wanted to know what the culture was like. My hope is for some honest responses not typical CP 3rd grade humor. Any information would be great and thanks in advance.
Your base pay can range from the 60's up depending upon your experience/proven success/negotiating skills. In my opinion, your success depends upon getting to know your doctors well and making sure you always leave them with something to think about from ISTA. i.e., Ask for the order. Get your market share way up and you'll be a good guy/gal.
