Would you please describe the comp structure for a Territory Manager. What is the typical total comp for this position?
You might have a base of 45-55k. They change the commission structure each quarter. No laptop. 150 bucks a month for phone/internet. $100 max for all other expenses. Car reimbursement program where you should pad the crap out of your mileage to make it worth a damn. Basically, it's a 90k/yr type job that is good to get into the market. However, this company can also work against you. Talk to recruiters and ask others what they think. This board isn't exactly a great place to get information, but this is the deal at Applied. Look into the territory and see how many evals have converted. If they haven't they probably had a failed attempt and that doesn't bode well for the new rep. Lots of turnover too. Honestly, this is not a place I would consider working if I had other options. Good luck.
