No idea about coram comp plan. CVS comp plan is 7k/quarter on plan. 28k/year.

 

Definitley not fun one to interact with at all. She treats the team poorly and is extremely condescending. Lacks people skills and is very awkward in front of customers. Do not do anything valuable to help with any challenges in our markets. Just nags, criticizes and belittles reps to no end. Not sure how she even got a job in sales let alone managing a team with such poor people skills. At her age she is stuck here.

 

And 2 more specialty reps from the MS east team left between Christmas and the end of January.... senior leadership continues to ignore the issue....

It isn't rocket science. Check the box kind of gig. Once you learn the system and if you have a great inside sales rep paired with your territory. Lunches and do dinners with your nurses to gain more business... cake job. You could get up to 120k base..... 28k per year at plan in bonus.
