The Effect of Linaclotide on Abdominal Girth in Participants With IBS-C

I understand this is another FDA mandated safety study due to the number of AE events with Linzess and abdominal pain and distention.
I read it’s even worse with the controlled release version of Linzess which means longer the E. coli analog stays in your system the worse.
