Sure, some reps completely got crushed on the comp plan but they have been gross over paid for a damn long time while maintaining complete autonomy. I hate to be the guy who brings people back down to reality but making $400k while not having a boss call you daily for activity reports, weekly reports, spending 2 hours a day at home after you’ve been pounding the pavement is still a damn good life and a damn good job.

For those saying they are going to leave, have fun at whatever medical company you go to, I can guarantee that even if you somehow make more the quality of life will blow more dick than Stormy Daniels.

Have you not realized the real new compensation plan for the new hires that will be handed your earned tenured territory? The territory that you sacrificed your life and family for? Here are my thoughts below.

Starting base salary $120,000.00 and you pay expenses and phone.
At plan- $65,000.00 and you pay expenses and phone.

And best of all, you get to put up with revolving sales manager that have no real sales experience, just great at kissing up and kicking down. Lots of luck girls!!
