Most managers gone....at least 4 out of the 6 from sales, if not 5 of the 6. Not sure on the rep count, but many lost today. Ironically, apparently many that were made offers are not taking the offers. Non compete is ridiculous, well known that Jan 1st they will dial back the comp plan. No severance, Cobra for 2 months......Business being swapped out as we speak. This is going to be awful watching what was once a great company implode more then it already has.

For those of us who DIDNT have exorbitant salaries to begin with, same salary, less PTO, and they're paying out 40 hours of our leftover PTO from HDL

I don't see how the post on salaries was illegal in any way. As someone else posted, there are exec salaries published elsewhere online, and those were listed by their names.

Do us a favor, and post it again (obviously a cut and paste from spreadsheet); or someone link to an image of it. We could use a laugh.

The lab is going to fall apart in a matter of months due to the poor treatment of its employees. Most of the lab employees are actively looking for other work because of the mismanagement, instability of the company and poor benefits package. Taking away everyone's accrued PTO certainly does not make employees happy. True Health seems to be starting off on the wrong foot. The only people that aren't looking for work are overpaid. There's no way they will be able to replace and train employees as fast as they will leave.

^^Agreed. True Health will be a shell of a company if they don't boost the morale soon!

The people that can actually keep the lab up and running have actually refused offers and are out of here. This lab will literally fall apart. The competition is circling and starting to gobble up business, once our customers start to see the drop off of customer service and standards, it could get ugly.

Moderator: This is a link to public information (Court Filings) that many in the company are not aware but have been looking for. There isn't a better forum than CafePharma to help tell the truth. Thanks!

Document 541 outlines the saga better than any media publication.
Footnote 29 outlines the LLCs that were set up to continue the fraud at the local sales level, confirming what many on this thread have said.

Thanks for posting this link, but I don't understand what you mean by "Footnote 29 outlines the LLCs..." Footnote 29 says: According to its annual financial reports, in 2011 the VBRPA owned approximately 40% of the equity interest of Biotech 8 which had been reduced to 11% in 2014. Mallory served as a member of the Board of Directors of the VBRPA as of June 30, 2014.

Doesn't that suggest that HDL or another company bought part of VRBPA's equity in Biotech 8? Is there something wrong with them buying a bigger share in their building? Or did you mean to refer to the company organization chart, including its LLCs? Aren't LLCs are designed to protect the entities in case of litigation or bankruptcy? So if one arm of the company fails, the others are not held accountable? If so, wouldn't their existence be standard business practice?

Fat Thumbs on mobile - see footnote 27 - that is the list of LLCs set up by individual sales reps throughout the nation. These guys/gals thought an LLC might protect them; yet here they are getting scheduled for a deposition.

Heard service levels are crashing, 4-5 week TAT, and cuts in phlebotomy and in office dieticians. I'm not so sure the docs are going to love True Health.

Was this your paycheck, a couple weeks of severance, or actually a bonus from HDL?
