It's just more paint. Exec staff will still be uncommunicative, dishonest and unreasonable. At least the goofy Englishman goes back to the EU next year.

don't we have bigger problems than chris and his two man region (80% vials = DS and BP)?

Like:

1. We will sell more Apo than Dys this year
2. Dys sales are flat
3. Xeo is cheaper now
4. People are jumping ship
5. No new leadership on neuro side. Why can't they find anyone?

If you have that many people quit on you, well where I come from we looked long and hard at that leaders as to why people left.

Also taking a long look at who is successful and why......is it because they really are that good at relationship and customer development? Quite possibly they are......and quite possibly they are just extremely lucky to have a couple things line up in their favor!

Ipsen since launch has done nothing but lie to itself and to fellow leadership. There are more about leave......and some are new hires that replaced the other supposed non effective personnel.

And Dysport......new indications will be required or slow growth will be all that can be expected

In case you are wondering...yes they are laying off the entire IT staff. We (and our families) are really excited about being unemployed in the worst job market in 20 years.

If you have a problem with IT don't be a coward and hide on Cafe Pharma. Next time you are at HQ stop by and discuss your concerns. Or...call the main number and ask to speak to someone in IT.

the more this plays itself out....the more it is obvious the pressure is on clinical relationships which are non existent and the marketing was so poor that we wasted two years in both sectors.

The only difference is now they have a better interior designer who is bringing in every VP level and new title that a real pharma company would have. Every day another announcement of a high profile position announcement.

Being built like a 350-500 million dollar company....and the FRENCH like the vision and the design.......

Be assured....there will not be 350 million in sales here, UNLESS there are new drugs or new cooperative in the works.
