The Quality of Field Managers at Vanda

They are definitely noticing. These things take time.

 

Well hopefully the axe falls on Vanda soon... Between the desperation for more intakes ( which only a few people are generating) and the pathetic attempt at begging for more Fanapt scripts from non realistic targets... The insanity must stop....

Please help us NOW.

 

Vanda meaning Mihales GP and Tom will always make the unethical and illegal demands verbally not in writing. The feds like it in writing but they will also accept voice recordings. Notes are also great if detailed and match the notes of others being threatened by DSMs. The DSM / ANSR collaboration on the fraud is what they like the best.

 

I took pictures at the last meeting. Sitting through a session coaching us to sell against the sleep agents. What a misguided place to be. Sorry. You can’t train or compare us to Ambien? WTH

 

Dr P wants sales and GP and Tom and the regional stooges will go to any length to get sales for him. They all stick their middle finger in the air to the FDA as they think they are above the law. My manager coaches daily that if Ambien or is not working, its a Hetlioz patient. Oh, the box on the intake form that says the patient has non 24. He says to go ahead and have that checked in advance. Now that he lost his top Hetlioz rep, he is in full panic mode.

Purdue Pharma used to think they are untouchable, safe and secured and the result: they are completely destroyed, finished because they crossed every ethical line in promoting OxyContin and destroying millions of lives. they had complete disregard towards ethical guidelines and ethical standards in selling within the labeling. How's Vanda different in their total disregard towards the product Labeling especially in regards to Hetlioz?

 

Those of you that are unhappy at Vanda (which I would assume is about 99% of the employees)...are you all applying for jobs, interviewing, doing everything that you can to get out of there? It will take a while to find a decent job. Be proactive and apply to positions that you would normally not apply for. Reach out to contacts on Linked-In. Don't wait for an email from an Indeed hit: by then, 50 people will have applied for that position. BE PROACTIVE EVERY DAY!!! Good luck, I wish you all the best in getting out of there. It is such a bad company.

It took several years for Purdue to be exposed. They were paying top salaries and bonuses to their reps. Therefore, there weren't any whistleblowers. They got tracked through controlled substance misuse monitoring. Vanda will only be found through whistleblower/s. Not sure if anyone have enough documented evidence to report them.

Unfortunately, Vanda is not a company where other employers will come out looking for talent. Not a possibility. Being proactive is the way to go!!

 

Seriously...you are a tool. Vanda has plenty of money. Look at the cash reserves. It's ok to hate on a company, Vanda does suck big time, but don't come on and make idiotic statements that are so far from the truth. Your ignorance makes you look worse than them...and that would be pretty bad

Don’t even get me started on how Vanda is funneling money into the “foundation” for Hetlioz scripts.

And, why do they screw the sales reps over and over again if they have the cash reserves that they claim to have?

 

they screw the field because they have no regard for us and see no value in us or our experience. that is evidenced by the continued posting for associate reps. They have money, just not for you us.

 

They are doing lots of shady crap to look good on paper but they are rather cash poor.

It’s just like they way that they manipulate numbers and don’t pay people for all of their scripts or intakes.
