They will completely botch the OAB Botox launch, because they will lie to upper management about Botox's potential...cause they only care about their selfish careers over the companies solvency. The uro reps are done!

The fact that you and the other Stooges ran out some quality employees because you are all basically living the "Peter Principal" and are all unqualified to lead any organization.

 

The Traditional detail rep is dead. The future is biologicals, medical benefit products and those take some brains and relationships to sell.

 

Is anyone happy in this division? Most definitely the lowest paying division in Allergan.

 

Division has gone downhill fast. JE needs to step up and start getting rid of all the deadwood in middle management. With the exception of a few, most are totally clueless.

 

H.W. Dist. Mgr. is one of them. The most miserable the company has to offer.

 

Much better paid than eyecare. Derm side anyway.
