I heard that the Titanic II will be launched in 2018, very exciting. On that backdrop we expect the announcements in HQ this week, another titanic, on the new structure, leaders, etc. Who caught the town hall by the new Chief Marketing Officer? Oh, I feel real confident in him and where he will take us. Haha. Light weight with no experience and will do what he is told. As we have seen this will be the usual shuffling of the chairs on the Titanic and will only bring us one step closer to the the continued decline of Merck as a company. Follow GSK's example and bring in a new CEO, get rid of the fraternity and the other bull shit that exists around diversity and targets. The recent public awards for two of the most senior people at this company are a joke. This company was great and unless changes are made at the top this will continue to be a company that is capable of greatness but will never achieve it because of the fact that is run by the same old same old.
