Chainsaw Al. Why? Because we are all paying for mistakes that he made, such as Risperdal and metal on metal hip implants.

Nefertiti Greene - never took the effort to learn and know about her team. Let alone knowing about the business challenges.

There IS NO diversity nor inclusion on Nefertiti, John and Leslie’s team. There is no equity, may be they havent read paragraph two of the credo yet.

Definitely NO diversity and a lot of discriminations. Just look at the recent reorg, the ones who were let go were either non-white, female or older folks.

Let’s start with the leadership team:
    Leslie’s team - a gentleman older than. 55
    John’s team - a non-white(Asian) and another one was older than 55

The M1/2 that wet let go were mainly females, casual part time and Hispanic.

So what happened to the diversity that Nef and the leadership keep on preaching out? Just a gimmick to cheer people up?

There are about 100 people who could back you up - in total he probably shoved 400+ years of experience and knowledge out the door. J&J's loss for letting him free to terrorize people and add nothing to the company. Now, he can run Nature's Bounty into the ground! Good luck.

Total BS. Bob Goode is a good man.

a selfish person would sacrifice as many associates in their own organization as possible in order to “supposedly” show that their own position should be retained, happy that nobody in J&J management would ever do that since we have the Credo to protect us.

This one is very sad. I read and just reflect that on our side of the J&J Empire, we are 65% Women - even in leadership roles, only Black and Hispanic are promoted to higher levels, and J&J will figure out a way to move Latinos from South America because evidently in the state of NJ...wait...the ENTIRE USA...there can't be qualified people already living here. 1MM a pop to move these people...many into roles that are higher than than the white females who where there before. #ironic isn't it.

That is because leaders are personally incentivized to ‘diversify’ their teams, but the cost is carried by the business. Of course they’d do it.

And if you had a company willing to spend $1 million to move you and give you a higher title, you’d probably take it too.

Win win for the leaders, lose for the business and the employees they need to cut to find the $1 million.

That is just how J&J rolls...
