the reality is we have a failed launch. Regardless who there is to blame, Sublocade failed. I think the only possibility is a re-launch in 2019. Wipe the slate clean, bring in new leadership and let’s try this again. Try a true specialty approach this time. With the right talent

Re-launch means failure. It was obvious we had no specialty launch experience and even more glaring is the fact that most BI turn into nothing cause patients would rather use.

They should have hired 50 reps to start and then added as we grow.
    It’s over jonny.......

The true failure is the failure to understand what drove the success of Suboxone: a black market economy similar to the pill mill model that drove Oxycontin.

The model that made suboxone a blockbuster doesn’t work for sublocade. No black market, no sales.

My territory is blowing it out. I have like 30 docs with each having 5-40 patients renewing monthly. It’s a growth monster.

All the illegal docs got pinched.

Sure. The world is flat.. get rid of the attitude problems and worthless home office people who screwed this up. And get rid of V.

Sure you do. If true, pretty easy to figure out who you are, since, by your report about $2 million of the $10 million total sales are coming from your territory.

If not true, pretty easy to figure out you’re full of sh*t.

That simply isn't true everywhere. I feel this is the same poster, over and over, comparing Suboxone to Oxy...there are parallels but it's not the same. Many clinics and offices do things the proper way. Some do not. Sales will be dependent primarily on early treatment success and word of mouth. I'm having good results, it just takes time. And while it won't ever reach Suboxone levels of revenue, there is a place for Sublocade.

And why is that considering we have our own?

B/c the generic market is not our core business & we have no experience/distribution channels set up. We’d be competing w/giant companies where generics are the ONLY thing they do. They’ll squash us....that’s what they do.
