So true. Perfect example a ex BMS manager who could not get a job in PA, hired in Upstate NY to micro-manage the reps up there. Reputation is brutal and RD was desperate.

M. Lee, the king of metric BS. Word was he had a very capable internal candidate and passed him over for this retread. Brining in more of the BMS culture for whatever than means!

Agreed. It would have sent a positive message to promote someone from within Otuska. But once again the flawed thinking of management going with a tired, old DM who will micromange and impose his/her will on experienced people. Unfortunate but in the end the majority of not all reps are just trying to hang on to their jobs. Same for all management levels. The pay and benefits are too good to just walk away.

I used to have Mike, and now I don't. Mike is NO worse than any other RSD as far as being "king or queen" of metrics. The one I have is the same or worse. They all are like that. It's what they consider their job.
