It’s sad that Takeda & Shire representatives have to take all their anger and hostility out on each other. It’s the same boat everyone is in, correct? Maybe the extra effort should be placed into finding a new job if it is this miserable. Instead of bashing each other without true justification, try to understand that both sides are pissed that Shire was sold in the first place and pissed that Takeda did the buying. Just saying!

That’s why the company was sold off. Too many dumbfucks who don’t know basic grammar.

Any L-Shire reps still around in 2020 are just staying to get their 3 week a year severance at their SIGNIFICANTLY higher salaries.

    Yep, paid to do nothing.

Paid more to accomplish less, that’s the perfect recipe for a failed organization...like Shire.

Happy Holidays and Good Selling, From your Takeda sales representative!!

    Takeda doesn’t sell.
    Takeda does metrics.
    They READ off a page.
Honestly, the above poster is right.
Any L-Shire rep left is just Milking it!
The Vyvanse ship sailed a long time ago.
    And L-Shire knows it.
Just making those milk runs every day until it drys up. Ha ha
At least L-Shire has a game plan.
Running around like a L-Takeda chicken with its head cut off is NO game plan L-Takeda.
I just hope you are FAST that’s all.
    Bock Bock Takeda.

Shouldn’t all Shire talk be sent to the “lost civilizations” area? You know, where all the other failed and extinct company discussions go?

No. Because we would rather take you down with us.
All you bought was a fluffy pipeline.
    Goes with your chicken persona.
All you did was push your own L Takeda problems off for a little while longer.
Buying time is not the same as having the ability to innovate.

Takeda has 90% me toos. You needed Shire’s pipeline and plasma products to be even somewhat relevant. And you paid too much.

WTF has Takeda done? 1% market share with trintellix in 7 years! #pathetic

    Stop box checking and sell!

Takeda continues to be a viable pharmaceutical company through 2019 and beyond. Shire ceased to exist earlier this year.

And it will be in JAPAN for many years to come. Takeda dipped their toe in the US market and it was bitten off. Takeda and the US don’t mix. After buying Shire, 50% of takeda total business is in the US. The US has always been a market Takeda has gotten killed in. Investors expect nothing different moving forward.

0% of Shires business is in the US. Shire dipped their toe in and got swallowed up by another company because of clueless management and low performance sales reps
