Who knows. They are imploding, have no money, and can't get much more. They will delist in a few weeks. So maybe then Cafe Pharma will take them off. Need to put newer, successful companies on Cafe Pharma in place of this dying old loser of a company.
Nah, they are a long ways from delisting. I think they have to be under $1 for a month before they get cited, then they have 6 months to get back above $1 for 10 days straight. They can get another 6 month extension just for asking for it. So that seems to add up to 13 months wallowing around down here. This is going to be a lot lower before it gets back to $1. They will issue stock some time between the annual meeting and Fall and probably again first half of next year. Then they will do another 15 or 20 for 1 reverse split to get back over $1. This can go on as long as people are willing to buy new stock. It is a black hole. Money goes in but never escapes.
Really pitiful. Shame on anyone who listens to Cooper's dog and pony. Arrosurf will never make it to commercialization under dsco. Yet the minions here will just keep on drinking the Koolaid. "We just clinic Aerosurf will be a game-changer in the nicu". Yes it will. But it won't be with dsco. No capital to push it through, and no way will Cooper manage to lie to more investors successfully.
But who polices them? Why do they continue to allow investors to sink their money into their black hole, with no accountability? Is the Board not cognizant of the fact that they are producing nothing when it comes to credible outcomes? They faked Surfaxin for years. Now they are faking Aerosurf. When is someone or some agency going to shut them down and stop the thieving? It makes no sense to me. I want to be able to get away with this someday. Taking money and having no accountability. Good work if you can get it.
