It's been a miserable road. Don't think for one minute that when they say no employees will be impacted is the truth. I've been blatantly lied to two other times in my career saying the same thing, and just a few months later they laid off. S-217 is now three years away or more. Need to find a company with seasoned leadership that know what the heck they are doing. Whether you heed my advice or not, you need to take care of yourself and find a better option. These people don't give a shit about you.

Yes. This sealed it for me as well. Getting da resume out. I did hear there will be a lot of people resigning soon. It's just not enjoyable to work here. Wonder if we will get a Christmas bonus?

After listening to hiring management and seeing how arrogant they were I am glad I decided not to pursue this place! Karma is a bitch!

Don't direct that at the innocent employees. We all feel we were duped. And we never got a free lunch.

They couldn't even do a well controlled study right. You won't see 217 on the market till at least late 2022. It is back to looking for a much better job. There is no normalcy with this company. You wouldn't even know it is holiday season.

The issues with control with the studies were shocking. WTF were they thinking?

They don't know what they are doing! That is the problem! The only hope for this ridiculous company is a buy out. They have F'd everything up. Terribly even with current drug. Sage Central is the biggest joke in the industry and more of a detriment than help. Leadership is terrible. In addition, a manager should have 10 to 12 employees to manage and the average here is 4! They say there will be no eliminations, but this is a lie. First of the year, things will be different and they will need to reorganize starting with the elimination of a good portion of the RBD's. At this point, there should be no more than one RBD per state.

There certainly will be layoffs. How many times in your career have you seen some dope ask a direct question about layoffs and they respond with "why yes, there will be!" They certainly aren't going to admit this now. Early 2020 will bring a notice of restructuring. So if anyone then asks "well we were told in Dec no jobs would be affected." The response back? "Yes, but upon further investigation and restructuring in 2020, we have determined overlap." I agree with the earlier post. I worked for a big pharma company that swore to all of us at a National meeting that no jobs would be affected. It wasn't even 6 weeks later and they started the lay off announcements.

Open your eyes and be logical. They will not be able to support all field employees with this dog for 3 more years. THINK!

You're a complete fool. How dumb can you be? Do you realize they are going to be cutting managers? Probably at least by 50%. Managers should be managing at least 10-12 people. There will be a complete reorg. The managers won't know what will hit them. You really are stupid.

I have now read this thread and have refrained from commenting, but I do have to say that you sound like a whiny little b&tch that is in complete denial. The funniest thing in all of this is that you continue to come on this site and read these threads, yet you are defending this company? I find your comments hilarious and even more hilarious you are actually taking the time to come on the site and read and comment on the posts. Its obvious to many of us that you are shitting in your pants right now, knowing you made a piss pour decision in joining this company. Don't come on here and try to defend this company and give yourself a false sense of security when it is obvious you truly think the contrary. My suggestion to you is that if you don't want to hear the truth, then don't come on here. Look we all know there will be layoffs. Do you think there is only a few people that think a layoff is just around the corner? Latest we have heard on the West Coast is it will be mid to end February and mostly likely will start with an RBD reduction, then a reduction in KAM's a bit of a smaller reduction in TBS's. Word on the street is corporate continues to utilize the word lean in home office and a reduction is eminent once sales numbers are released in 2020. So stop acting like an idiot. If you are truly happy and feel you are completely safe at Sage, then don't spend your time trolling this board as it speaks to the opposite.

wow. So you are so angry or probably afraid that you have to resort to name
Calling. Ok. First off learn how to spell. Your command of the English language and spelling speaks volumes about your IQ. Secondly, I believe you are the whiny one. I’ve got. Other more accurate adjectives that I could use to describe you but won’t crawl into the seer that you crawled out of. It obvious you know
Little about how pact drug development works and apparently you don’t have the stomach for a start un. So please do yourself and others a favor and leave. Or at least crawl back into the shot hole you live in. Happy Holidays
