So true! I had a suggestion to fix a process and because I mentioned it in one of our team calls, I was labeled as "insubordinate". Unreal!! This is just one example, I have several. I've learned to just check the box and realize that career prospects here are nonexistent as this company really does not want to improve.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope you found a better job. I'm in the middle of something just like this. HR is definitely not on your side. They will eventually get sued so bad by someone who has nothing to lose. Ridiculous place to work!!

It's been over a year since I've separated from Otsuka with a new job, got my raise and bonus just like everyone at my new company, and it felt so NORMAL, finally back in a comfortable, secure zone. However, I still have a huge resentment toward Otsuka for NOT giving me a bonus NOR a raise after working over 10 years for them and helped contributed to the multi-billion dollar profits Abilify have made, but instead they invested 3.5 billion into Avanir so quickly and not give any raises/bonuses to employees that truly deserve them. The cruel joke is now on you. May you all go to hell.

I can't help but share this page. It described my former Otsuka manager/supervisor with 99.99% accuracy. She did recruited a few flying monkeys and spreaded rumors...

This really opened my eyes and now I understood why. There are a few deranged managers at this company, so watch your back and tread carefully with a full body armour.

This applies to managers and whores who will literally f*uck their way to manipulate and spread trouble by passing on the same defective narcissist gene to their children, which is sick and how the cycle continues.

Flying monkeys are insecure dorks who seem to always keep their job and I can't understand why. They love being used because they want and thrive on attention from someone they see as cool and never do they have time to do any real work. This is because they're always on the phone either talking to their idol for recognition and scheming or bugging the hell out of the victim of their idol.

OMG, this describes my situation almost to a T. I had to take time off from this horrible organization because of a bullying and abusive manager. Crazy how accurate this article is. Worst part? This person got promoted and had 3 different position offers within Otsuka to chose from. Insane!

This is falls solely on HR and the head of the company. If they don't act then bad behaviors become the cultural norm.

Why is it that no one from HR will call me back or reply to my emails? Do these people even work anymore?

give it time. They are either busy sleeping with employees and/or getting drunk and/or gambling at a casino and/or just sleeping and/or praying, giving thanks that Japan are too dumb to know they are a total fuck up.
