Really sad how fast this company tumbled in just a couple years due to some poor business decisions. Not sure how much longer this place is going to be around.

 

Company at its lowest point ever!

 

What happend now?

 

If you have a brain of any kind, the lab is a train wreck & time to get out is now. Most of the smart ones got out already.

 

Agreed! The writing is on the wall.
Company has quietly laid off people in every department. Aegis has $300+ million dollars in debt and the annual revenue is only a fraction of their debt. That screams bankruptcy.
Lab employees that haven’t been meeting the ridiculous metrics or lab employees with the highest salaries have been let go/laid off. People have been leaving in droves too.
It would take a miracle from Jesus Christ to save this company.
Time to update the resume and get out now while the economy is still strong and their still jobs out there.
Anyone who doesn’t think this company is a sinking ship is out of touch with reality.

 

Pretty much, that. The dire financial situation was already apparent years ago.

I hope everyone is able to get out on their own terms.
