This wait sucks!

Half of them couldn’t sell tanzeum for shit and now are “biologics - respiratory specialists” want to save money? Cut this division.

 

I see them out in the field. Can’t sell Nucala. Only dog the competition. What kind of specialized sell is that? More like rookie sell.

These reps got lucky and yet they are getting beat by competition. Desperate moves.

 

Nucala is on a backslide. Not the best Asthma biologic, not even the best IL-5. Failed on COPD

 

They say performance only, but salary is not so secretly a factor. It was this way in the last layoff too. People with lower rankings were kept because they were cheaper.

 

Hence the silent layoffs of the highest earners ...everything will look like a bell curve. Outliers have slimmer odds: pay, performance, etc.
