Too many to list Sales - Territory Manager Endoscopy, Urology and Women’s Health Divisions There are multiple positions available across the U.S, Role: The BSC Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company’s vision and priorities, and function in and contribute to overall team success. TM will exhibit strong clinical excellence, stay current on products, programs and competitive knowledge, and be able to face up to program situations quickly, directly and without hesitation. TM need to be comfortable working in the hospital and office-based settings, and be creative in their problem solving. TM will develop key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation. Relationships must be established with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Hospital Infection control, and Materials Management. Additionally, TM will build and maintain constructive strategic relationships in key accounts and be able to take actions that are consistent with the stated organizational goals. Go away/. All the weak minded and those that couldn't take the heat already bailed. The newer reps that left and did ok were worried about hitting their number this year. One person moved to a different position (in-house) because he knew he was just having a good first year and went in-house with hopes of getting a managers job. Good luck, going from the frying pan into the fire. The ones that can sell no matter what the obstacles are still around. They can sell in whatever lousy circumstance they are in.
