She just got lucky because PK took a CEO job outside of MEDI. Her peers can't stand her and she can't be trusted. She would stab you in the back, if needed.

NDA, sNDA, BLA or MAA experience can be claimed, a 30 second statement at the mota advisory board is about it. 3. Writing skills for regulatory documents, what a joke. Have you read the contributions... 4. Leadership at the governance committees, no development background but able to intimidate the teams into submission 5. How many careers have been damaged by this individual, how many really good people have been driven out... 6. Refusing to attend previous offsite MET meetings with colleagues because of what reason? 7. Has a history of closing up the note book and leaving senior level meetings when challenge or constructive criticism is brought forward 8. How many Medi compounds have come from the research side? Look at the later stage assets, licensed in or a product of the research machine at Medi? 9. Billions of dollars spent to produce what? 10. She got rid of some ineffectual management in Clin Ops and she saved Clinical Biologics from merging with GMD (for the moment). There have been other positive changes at the GB site. She has my vote. Now only if she could do something to address the flawed Performance Review process--where you can exceed your objectives and are still given a 3 and told you are doing your job. I do not fall for that anymore. Give me a 3 and that's what you will get out of me next year for the company does not reward you to do more.
