  1. Does anyone have ANY idea why Stuart is waiting to get rid of Georgia? This is dragging on far too long with her inept leadership along with her inept direct reports who have no clue how to operate. This bunch makes the Keystone Cops look like like Einstein!

    3 reasons
    she drinks the SM koolaid
she adds to his diversity numbers at VP level after he kicked out most of the diverse VPs in the US last year because they wouldnt drink the koolaid
she has a PhD which both SM and SP think is the best thing ever even though it was a million years ago and nothing to do with IT

Matter of fact is its the best run IT in all of J&J. Now to be fair I am saying J&J. I mean compare to any sector and don't even try shared services who are in business because of SM else it would be long gone in SaaS/cloud era.

    they got rid of her..happy?
finally pharm will stop to be so succesfull in IT (hope it does not affect the business short term) ...and will go with with the inefficient , burocratic, not agile, out of time enterprise IT... and stop to be business aligned , faster and cheaper than any other IT department in J&J

    .....

One way to get consistency is to take your best performer IT and bring it down to mediocre performers and that is what about to happen at Jansen. In this day and age when technology needs to be aligned and close to business and differentiating factor we are working on standardization which would be good in 1980’s MIS era for those around at that time. Good luck.

this place has nothing but spineless leaders who cannot get off the gravy train.. they all need a serious dose of reality across the board..

Georgia now gone and 4 VPs in Pharma followed (MV, JL, PV and SM). Hoping JS continues to clean house. MZ and AC need to go soon. R&D is in turmoil.

SM wasn't a VP, but get the point. High level people leaving Pharma R&D to get away from toxic SLT.

Fun is about to begin in Janssen and J&J - this whole disaster of EPL / TS will crumble under its own weight. These jokers who have been appointed as VP have no clue what they are signing up for and there is no strategic direction just bunch of useless meet & greet and strategic intent workshop kind of nonsense. We have truly made J&J IT useless and irrelevant.

Georgia was the only one in IT who understood the business. She had a very strong team that delivered but was constantly blocked by the ego's in AS and TS like Marene, Dan and others who had no clue about what pharma was and who confused pharma with running a chain of pharmacies
