We need someone with better leadership and a true vision for the Obesity team. That call today was a disaster. She could barely hide her contempt for her people.

She is a classic example of a tone deaf director unwilling to listen to feedback from the trenches.

Plus, if I have to hear "folks" one more time in that snooty voice, I am going to puke.

You are so dumb! Lynn is awesome and our advocate. Why don't you just move on to another job? You don't represent the majority of our division.

Folks, Lynn is going nowhere! She knows that the company can not get rid of her for obvious reasons. Lynn cares only about Lynn and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

A woman VP ??? She's going no where - she's there for the long term "folks" diversity !!!

We've been dumping female RBDs lately. Why not VPs as well?

The answer is simple. One female VP is worth several female RBDs in the diversity scale. It works the same with Hispanics/black/Asians (all one "other-race" to the Danes: historically, they were just people to be conquered)
A female VP gets to show her smiling face on company communications, she will win many awards from HBA, and she will be featured in articles in 'working mom' magazines and business journals.

Crybaby white Trump snowflakes can't handle powerful women in their lives.
