Why Mannkind so easily RAPES Astellas of Talent?

1. The Northbrook Pfizer Culture Very Toxic (ie. keeping a new division "Hematology" a total secret)
2. Almost everyone at Astellas is underpaid (except for a few do nothing jobs at Northbrook)
3. Astellas does not embrace Tenure (look around at the next meeting, everyone is new)
4. No Products! The pipeline has been a hoax.
5. Zero opportunities for promotion (not counting the very toxic cancer division)

 

So they went to a company about to go bankrupt. Good for them.

Not a chance nobody would hire the guy. His record as an AD sucks as well as his leadership and personality. He is a self professed introvert who says he has to try to be extroverted. Whoever hired an introverted AD for a sales department should be fired! He really thinks he is something. He used to spout that not everyone will like him but they should respect him. Nobody likes nor respects the little ugly man
