You are welcome. In addition, thank you for pointing out that people are leaving. This reinforces that our plan is working. We will be losing patent on Latuda and its' $1.8 Billion a year in sales. We have nothing close to fill that hole in our revenue stream that will create, Thus, we are happy to see people leaving. We hope the new goal setting and sales reporting changes will frustrate many of you even more causing even more people to leave. As a follow up, if most of you could leave before June, before bonuses are paid, this will make it easier for us so we don’t have to give you excuses on why we are not paying you the full amount we have been talking about all year. We are still hopeful that another 25% of you will leave so we can fill our own pockets with this bonus money and send the rest to our Japanese masters. Our masters will beat us if we don’t send them every penny we promised.
