You didn't get what you deserve; you actually deserve much worse than a bad outcome at ODAC that anyone who understands oncology would have expected. Just know this; as you stay in oncology and continue to screw over talented people, your reputation precedes you, and payback is a bitch!! Tell your counterpart over in sales the same message.
