    It looks like with a 60 day WARN period, we could know as early as Dec 18th?

    Why is Cluster 3 still around?
    As for Cluster 1, prob will combine all of them into one “sleeve” since they have fewer products.

    Go to the Predictions Thread. Someone gave a detailed account of this year's vaccines layoffs.

    Time in is not a factor.

    Layoffs, i.e. SPECIALIST SEPARATION PROGRAM, announced November 3rd or immediately thereafter. Says so in question #9 US Exit Programs - Colleague Q&A.

    Every division will layoff. (#12)
    Gone between February 18 to September 30th.

    That was how they did things last year in vaccines. We had a small lay off and were told there could be more to come.

    No.But they did conflict with that by saying taking VERP doesn't make you immune from severance. I can only surmise that you can reneg on VERP on Nov 9. Which is after the announced layoffs.
    So you can take VERP, wait to see if laid off before November 9th. If so then reneg VERP, take the severance because it will include VERP anyway.

    FAQ#1 says that the impact will be to some MANAGERIAL roles and responsibilities across the organization.

    Yes, it does says managers but who works for those managers who are being asked to leave? It eventually will affect the whole sales force. Why don't they offer us that package?
