Tone did do the Dude and he did Homer, Mark, Barry, Brian, Greg, Stan, Anthony, and the rep who just left in Columbus Ohio and to the many more who have left.

 

what exactly did TJ do to those folks? Yes, he’s a total train wreck and offers nothing meaningful and is an insecure jerk but interested in what he did to those people

 

He asks reps to sell off label, bends every rule in the industry, micro manages, and creates a suffering work environment that is not sustainable long term.

At some point he is going to cause great harm to the company I have worked at for most of my career.. I only have two months until I quit(SK) and he never managed me but we have lost some great Institutional Reps who did well and left. I had these accounts and they have told me many stories.

They did so well I am being asked to go get business from the customers the NICM is loosing business from because they left.
