Can anyone explain how to run a company that has a glut of VPs, Exec. & Sr, Directors? Do these folks actually do any real work? If a ship on the ocean sails with not enough ballast, and has most of its cargo weight on the top of the ship, what happens when a storm hits? It rolls over and sinks!! Well, the storm has it and we are bringing more executives on board, at the top. WTF!!!
Great point. And just today we learned of two more VP spots. Way too many cooks. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Look at hospital. It has become worse than ARD.
totally agree, but how else do you expect HO to get his Sanofi cronies to come here? Give them all titles that look good on paper and when shit blows up, they are in a better position for their next made up role. how do you think that clown left to be CCO somewhere else?
Many of them have no work to do, except look like they have a role. I can think of a number of VPs and Sr Directors who do absolutely nothing. As well as have little true business intelligence All about their egos and titles- an insecure lot if ever there was
