Have you ever really listened to CBD's, EBD,s high level brand people, etc on a national call? or at a meeting? It's amazing how they say everything is great and the future looks awesome, yet territories remain half filled (sometimes vacant), samples are cut way back, one speaker program per district (or none), and the list goes on. Folks, if you are not in Onc or Biologics, run. They are lying to us and have been. Things are not good.

 

The time IS good for them. The Board Renumeration Committee determined they hit 165% on their Global Scorecard in 2018. For those of us pulling thru and pushing thru without partners or resources, how many saw 165% in your FSIP this year? You just have to come to it on your own that you are responsible for your small portion of the overall business and run it as effectively as you can w/very few resources. If you really like what you do (and I’m not talking to Day in the Lie people), continue to develop yourself, be accountable for your success, and let your manager know you are interested in ONC or Biologics. If your talent is not recognized here, you may have to go outside to another organization, but you will have created a trail of success that other companies value. There are people in this organization who are successful despite lack of leaders and resources. Be one of them!
