You're the worst troll ever, and if you ever worked at Valeant, you'd be the worst employee ever. You're just a toxic human being.

Your the worst company ever hiring people to bully employees on websites that are set up just so they can vent. You know its hell at valeant now. Shame on valeant for bullying employees anyway they can. This is why message boards are set up and human rights and employment lawyers are needed. This is what nazis did suffocate people but we wont be bullied or silenced. We have a right to vent HR is useless.

CP shouldn't be a place to call out individuals, and yes, it's for healty, lively discussions. If you're so unhappy, just leave, don't stir up trouble. Seriously, you really comparing Valeant to that regime. Shame on you. You're the bully and quite uneducated.

You are a multi billion dollar health care company hunting down employees looking for an outlet for their stress. Does NJ stat law allow for this? How about Federal law? Your arrogance is up there with previous management. What do you gain from this? And more importantly why do you think employees come here ? Why don’t you think about that as a healthcare company. Also, why is ETHICS not one of your pillars for success?

Like a lot of large companies, we have more than our share of disgruntled employees. We don't hunt them down, but we try to see if the fit is still there and then work on getting some harmony in the work place. Not every employee is made to fit every job at every company. If you don't like the company, you don't have to work here, it's your choice. Could some of the reasons of you not leaving be that you're not trying hard enough, no one else wants you, or you're just plain lazy and entitled. However, if you do decide to stay, you should abide by your expectations of your immediate boss and the employee handbook, so that you can be fairly evaluated. If you feel stressed and over-worked, is it due to you not being able to perform the functions of your job or is it just your boss asking you to step it up and you can't perform?

It is very easy to go on an anonymous board and complain about your job and your boss. However, does your constant complaining and shaming people make you more ethical than us or resolve any of your issues? Are you just looking for other allegedly poorly treated employees looking for empathy? Would life not be so much better for you and the company, if you leave the company and leave behind all the misery that you have and continue to incur? Mike Pearson had said that if you don't like to work here, we will find someone else who will do the job. Why should we apologize if you can't adapt to our challenging culture and environment, since it really hasn't changed much in the last 15 years. You have realized that you don't like working here after a while, then why are you still working here? There really is no good reason to expect the company to change dramatically to accommodate making your life better. Knowing all this, and you still decide to stay in a very difficult situation, then who are you fooling and how is complaining on this board going to turn things around for you? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Who in HR is posting about there employees? Are they trying to get rid of the toxic employees by destroying there reputation?

THEIR reputations were already bad, just trying to weed out the poorer performers, like you.

It doesn’t help when the corporate office is one of the worse parts of the country. Look out of state like California, Texas, or North Carolina. There are legitimate people in other states. Definitely necessary to get out of that toxic area. Please don’t tell me it’s been your dream to live in Edison or south “crack” river!!

Wow the mood in here today is just horrible. Everyone is pissed off that they had to come back to this hell hole after a long weekend in which they made me work part of the weekend anyways. I can't wait till they get rid of the toxic employees. It can't get any worse!!!!

Welcome to the real world, sonny. Obviously, you're one of the toxic employees, and we all hope that the company gets rid of you, too.

The toxicity is out of control today. Scott Barry is walking around telling jokes again. Will it ever end?!!!!
